We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is not just skilled, but also flexible, adaptable, and resourceful. Someone who thrives on experimenting with fresh ideas, constantly refining their craft, and contributing creatively to elevate our brand identity.
This role will start on a project/contract basis with the potential to convert into a long-term full-time role.

Responsibilities:
- Design impactful graphics, layouts, and brand assets for social media, websites, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Adapt designs quickly across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Media teams to translate ideas into high-quality visuals.
- Proactively research, test, and apply new design approaches to improve effectiveness.
- Support the team in creating compelling presentations, infographics, and digital assets.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio that shows versatility across designing and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable — able to adjust quickly to feedback and shifting project needs.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can figure out new ways to improve designs.
- Strong eye for detail, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Self-driven and disciplined; thrives in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
