Graphic Designer / AI Static Ad Production Specialist

We're an established meta ads marketing agency looking for a high-volume Graphic Designer / AI Static Ad Production Specialist who can create direct-response static ad creatives for paid social campaigns.

This is not a slow branding role. This is a fast-paced, production-based creative role for someone who can move quickly, follow briefs, use AI tools, and produce a high volume of clean, usable ad creatives every day.

We work with fast-growing brands and move quickly as a team. We care deeply about client results, clear communication, strong execution, and high standards. We want someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized, communicates proactively, and does not wait to be told what to do when something is unclear or needs to be fixed.

You will be responsible for producing 100 static ad creatives per day, Monday through Friday, using assigned briefs, templates, hooks, offers, client assets, and creative direction.

We use Asana for project management and Slack for daily team communication.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will create high-volume static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Your work will be used for direct-response testing, so the goal is not just to make things look good. The goal is to create clean, readable, launch-ready ads that clearly communicate the hook, offer, and message.

You will be expected to:

•Create 100 static ad creatives per day.

•Design Facebook and Instagram static ads.

•Use AI tools to speed up creative production.

•Follow assigned creative briefs inside Asana.

•Create variations of hooks, headlines, offers, layouts, and visual concepts.

•Organize files by client, campaign, date, and angle.

•Communicate daily progress, blockers, and completed work in Slack.

•Make revisions quickly based on feedback.

•Maintain a high standard of usable, launch-ready creative.

•Work collaboratively with creative strategists, media buyers, and account managers.

•Pay attention to what is being tested and why, so creative output improves over time.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is fast, organized, creative, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume production.

You do not need to be the world’s fanciest designer. You do need to be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to create ads that are clear enough to test. You should understand that paid social creative needs to sell, not just look pretty.

You should have experience with:

Area
What We Expect
Design tools
Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.

AI creative tools
ChatGPT, Midjourney, Higgsfield, OpenAI image tools, or similar.

Paid social creative
Experience creating Facebook and Instagram static ad creatives.

Direct-response design
Ability to create ads with clear hooks, strong hierarchy, readable text, and obvious offers.

Workflow tools
Comfortable working inside Asana and Slack.

High-volume production
Ability to produce many variations quickly without becoming disorganized.


Strong English communication is important because this role requires clear written updates, feedback loops, and daily coordination with the team.

Key Metrics

This role is measured by simple production and quality numbers. We care about speed, but we also care about accuracy, organization, and whether the creative is actually usable.


Daily production volume
100 statics per day
You are expected to produce 100 completed static ad creatives per workday, Monday through Friday.

Weekly output
500 statics per week
Your weekly production goal is 500 completed static ad creatives.

QA pass rate
90%+
At least 90% of submitted creatives should pass our internal QA scorecard.

QA includes things like correct offer, correct client or brand, correct dimensions, clear visual hierarchy, no spelling errors, proper file naming, organized folders, and whether the creative follows the assigned brief.
