Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Join Wellness Experts!
Are you a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Wellness Experts, an Allied Health business based in Sydney, is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support our team in the NDIS space.

We are looking for someone to work with us for the long term. Applicant MUST have NDIS experience. We will not reach out or consider you if you have NO NDIS Experience.

About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Respond to participants over email, SMS and phone calls.
- Manage emails and referral requests empathically and professionally.
- Accurately input and update data in our system e.g. referrals
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- draft invoices for our contractor therapists
- Be the first point of contact with warm lead calls and help our clinicians book their appointments
- Problem-solve and take initiative in admin tasks—there’s no rigid script for every scenario!

While the workload is manageable, you’ll need to be adaptable and confident in handling tasks independently. Training from our current VA and comprehensive documentation will be provided to help you get up to speed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the NDIS is essential
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

Trial & Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will undergo a two-week trial for 8 hours initially
After training, hours will be around 16 hours / week. We are rapidly growing as a business and anticipate this will become a Full-time role in the future.
