Full?Time Video Editor (YouTube + Ads + VSLs) — 48?hr Turnarounds

About us: We help women get clarity through digital tarot readings and a pay?by?minute psychic chat app. We’re growing fast and need a full-time editor who can turn long-form into high-performing shorts and ads.

Role:

- Edit 2 YouTube videos/week (10–20 min) and repurpose into shorts/reels
- Cut direct?response ads and VSL segments that convert (hook-first, proof-heavy)
- Hit 48?hour turnarounds, manage your own pipeline, communicate clearly in English

You’ll succeed if you:

- Obsess over hooks, test multiple first 3–5 seconds per asset
- Assemble ads as Hook ? Value (proof) ? CTA
- Prefer raw testimonials/UGC over overproduced edits for credibility
- Repurpose long-form into dozens of shorts and ad cuts efficiently; pull winners from our organic content
- Love using AI tools and enhancing videos with generative AI

Requirements:

- Portfolio with YouTube, ads, and VSL examples (before/after, CTR/retention if available)
- Tools: Premiere/CapCut/DaVinci. English communication. 2–4 hours/day overlap with our timezone.
- Full-time availability. Fast file management and versioning.

Compensation:

- Full-time monthly retainer (contractor). Competitive, based on skill.
