Meta Ads + Google Ads Specialist (Lead Generation for Local Businesses)

We’re looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist who can take the reins on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads for local businesses. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, know how to make tracking airtight, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads + Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.

Set up and manage conversion tracking between ad platforms and GoHighLevel CRM.

Collaborate with our creative + strategy team to develop ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that convert.

Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns for cost per lead and ROI.

Build reports and communicate insights clearly—what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

What You Bring

Proven experience running local lead generation campaigns (Google Search, Performance Max, Meta Lead Forms, etc.).

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GTM, and integrations with GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs).

Ability to work with a team and give input on creative direction to maximize performance.

Analytical mindset—you love testing, iterating, and digging into data.

Bonus: Experience with call tracking, Zapier/Make automations, or Madgicx.
