Applies audience psychology to drive action and improve watch time.
Designs compelling, click-worthy thumbnails aligned with YouTube best practices.
Brings ideas to the table for improving overall video quality and performance.
You’ll work directly with me, joining weekly content meetings to review outcomes, refine editing strategies, and contribute creative input to make our videos stand out.
Responsibilities
Edit longform YouTube videos weekly (optimized for retention and conversions).
Select and apply B-roll, graphics, and effects that enhance storytelling.
Create high-impact thumbnails designed to increase CTR.

Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
Reliable communication and ability to collaborate in real time.
Details
Part-time, consistent weekly role to start that can lead to full-time with the right candidate.
We can further discuss wage and hours based on skills and hours needed to edit our videos.
Test project required to assess fit and collaboration style.
