We need someone who is an expert at generating high-quality leads — not just someone who “posts on social media” or “runs ads.” Your job is to create systems, use AI, and leverage platform algorithms to drive real, consistent leads that convert into sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Design and implement AI-powered tools and automations specifically aimed at lead generation
-Push our content to the top of social and search algorithms to maximize lead flow
-Build and optimize funnels and workflows that convert traffic into real business leads and sales
-Track and report key lead generation metrics, then adjust strategies to improve result
-Work closely with leadership to create scalable growth frameworks centered around lead quality and volume
-Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and digital marketing trends focused on lead gen
-Use your deep technical skills to automate and accelerate lead capture and qualification

WHO YOU ARE:
-Computer Science graduate (credentials verified)
-Bonus Skills (Not Required, but an Advantage): Experience with CRMs
-Experienced in AI, automation, and lead generation systems
-Understand how to leverage social and search algorithms to drive real leads
-Able to prove your impact with case studies or data
-Excellent communicator in English (spoken and written)
-Self-managed, reliable, and motivated
-Looking for a long-term career, not just a short-term gig
