Email Marketing - Klavyio & Omnisend - Full-time

We are seeking a talented and experienced email marketer to join our team and take the lead in producing compelling and converting email campaigns for our brands. Right now we have a special opportunity as we are looking for someone to lead this position.

We have a few brands under us we are looking for someone who understands this industry and can take over. We have flows ready but we want someone who can implement and create new and more flows and campagins. Our goal is to have someone fully lead this sector as once a business is set up only campaigns are needed. Of the 4 brands - 3 are ready to go with contacts. We will be starting this position at 3 dollars per hours. But ideally we move you into a profit share agreement from email profits after the first 30-60 days based on email results.

The work will consist of organizing campaigns per week per brand
We work together as a team to launch our campaigns and offers.
It will require you to do some research on the products and on competitors to see what is working and to recreate.
Experience is a must.

The onboarding will be done in two phases - first part time roughly 20 hours weekly then once you are greenlighted we will take you to 40 hours. It must be done in phases to ensure you are able to produce the quality we are looking for.

Starts at 3 per hour for the beginning. We do also provide performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research
-Craft compelling copy using AI and previous working scripts you may have
-Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize performance according to kpi's.
-Stay updated on copywriting trends and incorporate them into our strategies.
-Launch minimum 2 campaigns per week unless told otherwise

Qualifications:

1+ year as a email marketer
Experience crafting converting emails
Use of Klavyio & Omni send at the minimum
Experience conducting deep market research
