Job Description

LuAngel Special Pets is a growing non-profit focused on pets with special needs. We are looking for a reliable and creative assistant to help us with marketing strategies, social media growth, video editing, website management, and administrative support.

?? Important: Since our founder is not American, we need someone who understands the U.S. marketing landscape. We previously worked with someone from India, but it did not work out because they did not understand American marketing strategies. Please only apply if you have knowledge and experience in the U.S. market.

Main Tasks:
• Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging content: posts, stories, professional-quality short videos (Reels/TikTok), emotional storytelling.
• Improve and manage our website (WordPress/Wix or similar).
• Handle emails and assist with grant applications.
• Provide admin support (QuickBooks, reports, organization).
• Suggest and implement new ideas to grow the non-profit.

Requirements:
• Strong experience in digital marketing & social media strategy.
• Advanced video editing skills (cutting, transitions, subtitles, effects for Reels/TikTok).
• Website editing (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proven knowledge of U.S. marketing trends and audience behavior.
• Highly organized, proactive, and creative.

We Offer:
• Flexible hours (remote work).

? Work Hours & Flexibility
At the beginning, this will be a full-time role (8 hours per day) to ensure all tasks are completed and processes are automated. However, if you are fast, efficient, and prove your competence by completing all daily responsibilities, over time the workload may decrease.

This means you could eventually work fewer active hours (such as only answering calls or responding to clients) while still receiving the same salary. Flexibility of schedule will be possible in the future, but it must be earned by consistently delivering results.
