JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who specializes in Adobe Photoshop/Canva/Effects to help us create high-quality ad creatives, graphics, and visuals for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. This role is about producing scroll-stopping content that aligns with performance goals and current design trends.

Ad testing and optimization knowledge is a bonus, but the main focus is design and creative production.

Responsibilities

Design ad creatives, social media posts, and campaign visuals using Adobe Photoshop

Adapt raw assets (product shots, UGC clips, brand assets) into polished creative deliverables

Stay updated with design and social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging

Deliver assets in correct sizes/formats for different platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.)

Collaborate with ad strategists to align visuals with performance insights

Requirements (Main Job)

Proven experience in Adobe Photoshop (portfolio required)

Strong eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling

Familiarity with creating ad creatives and branded graphics

Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work under deadlines

Bonus (Nice-to-Have Skills)

Experience with other creative tools (Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, Canva)

Knowledge of paid ad strategy and testing frameworks

Ability to suggest creative improvements based on ad performance data
