Video Downloader & Uploader (TikTok & Instagram Reposting Assistant)

About the Role: We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Video Assistant to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. Your main job will be to download viral videos from specific German TikTok and Instagram accounts and then upload them into a reposting app after proper formatting. You’ll be given clear step-by-step onboarding for each task, including:
1. How to find & download high-performing videos from selected accounts
2. How to convert the videos (remove metadata via a simple tool we’ll show you)
3. How to upload these videos into a scheduling app we will provide ? Don’t worry – we will teach you everything with easy-to-follow video tutorials and process documents.

Your Main Tasks
• Find and download all previously successful videos from 4 TikTok accounts and 4 Instagram accounts
• Use a simple converter tool to clean up the videos (remove watermarks/metadata)
• Upload all cleaned videos into a posting tool that will automatically publish them
• Follow the onboarding instructions closely and complete tasks responsibly and independently
• Use a VPN when needed (we will provide one if you don’t already have it)

Requirements
• Good understanding of basic English
• Experience with TikTok or Instagram is a plus
• Able to follow step-by-step video instructions
• Willing to work 8 hours/day consistently
• Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection
• Able to work with VPN tools (we provide access if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Trustworthy, loyal, and communicative

Compensation:
Full-time position (8 hours/day, 5 days per week)
Starting salary USD 450 / PHP 25,000 per month for entry-level
Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience
Performance-based salary increase after probation period
