We are a 40-room boutique hotel located in Washington, DC, seeking dedicated remote workers based in the Philippines to join our team as Front Desk and Reservations Specialists.
In this fully remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer service while supporting our operations.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth reservations, guest satisfaction, and property security through a combination of call center duties, administrative tasks, and video monitoring.
This position offers the flexibility of working from home with reliable high-speed internet and a professional setup.
Most customer interaction will be done by responding to messages from your computer. Some phone calls may take place through our voip phone system. Brief on-camera interactions via video chat with customer is required when an in-house customer in the lobby has a question for the front desk.
Your daily responsibilities will include managing incoming
You'll also review reports to conduct quality control checks on existing reservations to verify details such as payment accuracy, matching guest and credit card names, room assignments, and reviewing guest IDs submitted through our pre-arrival verification portals.
Additionally, you'll be available for on-demand video chats via a lobby kiosk to provide live assistance to in-house guests or new arrivals, ensuring a seamless experience even when most of your work is conducted off-camera.
You'll monitor our front doorbell cameras and respond to any delivery services that ring the doorbell to drop off packages, or to respond to guests who are locked out and can't get in with their door pin codes.
During our overnight hours, you'll also monitor our security cameras to detect any guest issues, disturbances, or perimeter activities, promptly alerting the on-site team member for resolution.
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills in English, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in hospitality, call centers, or remote customer support is preferred, along with familiarity with tools like Zoom for video calls and basic computer proficiency.
