About Us:
We are a fast-growing company looking to scale our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Marketing Director to oversee our digital marketing strategies, content creation, and sales funnel management. This is a virtual role, ideal for a self-motivated individual with experience in both creative and operational aspects of marketing.
Key Qualifications:
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus – while not required, applicants who speak Spanish will be highly valued as it is a strong asset for expanding communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube clips, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and optimize merchant accounts and online sales platforms to ensure smooth operations and maximum ROI.
• Oversee workflow processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and sales funnel operations.
• Utilize GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) for lead generation, follow-ups, and client management.
• Collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns, content calendars, and performance reports.
• Monitor analytics to track campaign performance and implement improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior tea
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Experience managing merchant accounts and e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to create and document workflow SOPs and optimize sales funnels.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance reporting.
