Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a near-American accent, strong sales skills, lead generation experience, and solid knowledge of the Bible to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone personable, persuasive, and passionate about helping others grow in their faith and learning.

What You’ll Do
1. Generate and qualify leads through outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
2. Engage with potential and current customers to ensure a positive and meaningful experience.
3. Drive customer acquisition by confidently sharing our programs and enrolling new subscribers.
4. Provide excellent service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering knowledgeable support.
5. Foster long-term relationships that encourage subscriber loyalty and engagement.

What We’re Looking For
1. Clear, near-American accent with excellent spoken and written English skills.
2. Proven sales ability with experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
3. Knowledge of the Bible and ability to connect with customers in a faith-based context.
4. A personable, friendly, and approachable communication style.
5. Self-motivated with strong initiative.
6. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Compensation
-Competitive base salary.
-Commission for every new subscriber you bring in.
