Hands-on experience with CRM, MA, analytics platforms—and strong API/integration skills.
Familiar with AI or automation tools for GTM personalization and scaling.
Analytical thinker—strong at modeling, attribution, funnel optimization.
Excellent communicator—able to align technical and non-technical teams and explain complex systems clearly.
Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving and operational insight.
