Now, we’re ready to grow. We’re looking for our first tea ---------- mber (beyond our founder, Fa) — an all-rounder powerhouse based in the Philippines who can bring their creative skills, marketing smarts, and forward-thinking mindset to the Funktion Active journey.

A creative graphic designer who can bring our brand to life visually across social, ads, email, and beyond.
A savvy online marketer who knows how to connect with audiences, create campaigns, and measure impact.

Flexible and open-minded — this is a start-up, so while your main skills are in design and marketing, you’ll also be asked to pitch in across the business when needed. No task is too big or too small when we’re building something great.

Design graphics, social posts, ads, and brand assets that ooze Funktion Active energy.
Manage online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital ads.
Experiment and innovate with AI tools to supercharge creativity and productivity.
Measure everything — track impact, report results, and use data to refine and grow.
Wear many hats — from helping with admin tasks to contributing ideas outside your core role, you’ll be part of the full Funktion journey.
