???? Video Editor Wanted – Emotional, Cinematic TikTok/IG Reels (Part-Time, Long-Term)?

About Us?We are building Four Ways To Love — a deep question card game for couples that sparks real conversations and emotional connection. Our content captures real couples and strangers playing the game on the street, opening up about love, vulnerability, and relationships. Think documentary meets social media: raw, heartfelt, and cinematic.?
Our mission is simple: help couples everywhere fall in love all over again.

The Role:??We’re looking for a full-time video editor who can take raw footage and turn it into viral-ready content that captures emotion. You’ll be working directly with the founder, using a clear content strategy + Loom training video we’ve created to show the exact styles and vibes we want.
You must be able to edit across multiple formats:
* ???? Long-form couple clips (2–4 mins)
* ???? Short-form clips (30–60s)
* ???? Multi-couple montages

What We’re Looking For
* Strong storytelling chops (know how to build a hook, hold tension, and land an emotional reaction).
* Pro at captions (clean, high-contrast, easy to read, .srt export ready).
* Solid sound design (can use silence, add subtle music, and make emotional beats land).
* Understands pacing for TikTok/IG (fast enough to grab attention, slow enough to feel real).

Workload & Pay
* 3 edited videos/day (short + long-form mix), ~90 videos/month.
* Full-time role, month-to-month with potential for long-term growth with our company.
