Full-Time YouTube Video Editor Position
We run a network of YouTube channels with a combined following of over 7 million subscribers worldwide, spanning niches like Badminton, Golf, Piano, Real Estate, Dance, and Social Media.
We are looking for full-time editors who want a long-term role creating engaging, high-retention YouTube content.

What You’ll Do
Edit YouTube videos (8–15 minutes long) in a live lesson / educational format.
Apply retention-focused storytelling and pacing (proof-first, no filler, engaging throughout).
Collaborate with our coaches and team to consistently deliver high-quality content.
Commit to editing a minimum of 8 videos per month (with potential for more).

Compensation & Growth
Starting monthly salary range: $800 – $1,600 CAD (depending on experience and performance).
Bonuses available for videos that achieve strong performance.
