Virtual Assistant – Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

We are an e-commerce brand looking for a reliable VA who can create and manage email campaigns inside Klaviyo. You will write engaging email copy, build flows, and track results. If you enjoy writing, design, and digital marketing, this is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Write and schedule weekly campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Create automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
- Edit and proofread email copy for clarity and sales impact.
- Add product images, banners, and links into templates.
- Track open rates, click rates, and conversions.
- Suggest improvements based on data.

Requirements:
- Experience using Klaviyo (or similar tools like Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign).
- Strong English writing skills.
- Basic graphic editing skills (Canva or Photoshop is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
