JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to grow our short-term rental property management business. This role is for someone who can turn cold leads into warm, qualified prospects and deliver measurable results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify property owners who could benefit from management services
• Convert cold leads into warm relationships through targeted outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, social, etc.)
• Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the leadership team
• Track progress and provide weekly updates on activity and pipeline

Trial Period (1–2 months):
• Consistent outreach and reporting
• Steady flow of warm, qualified leads
• Goal: 3+ converted clients per month after the first month
• Strong performance may lead to a full-time role

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Skilled at turning cold leads into warm prospects
• Confident, proactive, and results-driven
• Airbnb or property management experience is a plus

Hours & Pay:
• 10–15 hrs/week during trial
• Base hourly rate + bonus per converted lead
• Opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance
