We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage and improve our hiring process for Filipino Virtual Assistants (VAs). You'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from finding candidates to onboarding them. You'll also conduct second-round interviews, create lead generation strategies, and streamline our hiring process to make it faster and more efficient.
Non-Negotiable (Must Have):
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in outsourcing or VA placement.
- Proven success in leading recruitment campaigns and meeting tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar ATS tools.
- Strong interviewing skills to assess both skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvement.
Nice to Have (Preferred):
- Experience working for a Recruitment Outsourcing company for Filipino Virtual Assistants.
- Background in placing Filipino Virtual Assistants for international clients.
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior recruiters.
