We are a luxury real estate brand and we are looking for a talented and creative Virtual Assistant with strong graphic design skills to join our team! If you have an eye for design, love creating professional luxury marketing materials, and want to work with a supportive, growth-minded company — this role is for you. This will be an as needed project based job that could expand quickly.

What You’ll Do

Redesign and modernize all of our presentation materials and social media posts
Create stunning, on-brand designs that attract and impress clients.
Manage revisions quickly and deliver polished, high-quality designs.

What We’re Looking For

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A REAL ESTATE AGENT.
Strong skills in graphic design for the luxury real estate market. (brochures, flyers, presentations).
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
A great sense of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Previous real estate VA or remote design experience in real estate is a big plus!
