Position Summary
The Program & Interpreter Coordinator supports AIM’s core operations by managing scheduling, interpreter assignments, and program coordination. This role ensures smooth execution of AIM’s educational programs, interpreter bookings, and client needs. The Coordinator will be responsible for achieving consistent weekly booking goals to support AIM’s revenue and program growth.
Business Objectives for Growth
Increase interpreter booking efficiency and maintain strong relationships with interpreters and clients.
Support AIM’s reputation as a premier interpreter testing, training, and services provider.
Help achieve revenue growth through effective scheduling and task coordination.
Maintain accurate records of assignments and program activity.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interpreter assignments across educational, community, and testing settings.
Manage calendars for AIM programs, proctors, and interpreters.
Communicate with clients and interpreters to confirm details of assignments.
Ensure weekly booking targets are met or exceeded.
Provide weekly reports on bookings, cancellations, and pending assignments.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold AIM’s professional standards.
Expectations
Book at least 4 interpreter assignments per week (minimum target).
Provide a weekly progress report to AIM leadership.
Proactively identify opportunities to fill additional assignments.
Attend weekly check-in meetings for task review and planning.
Maintain professional, timely communication with interpreters and clients.
Must work on EST Time Zone 8 AM-6PM EST
Proficient with English utilizing spellcheck or Grammarly as needed
