VIDEO EDITOR - TIK TOK + INSTAGRAM 9:16 / YOUTUBE 16:9

Hi from Australia!

I’m looking for a motivated and creative video editor to join my team and help create high-quality content for TikTok/Instagram Reels (9:16) and YouTube (16:9).

You’ll be working with me on:
• Short-form vertical reels (30–90 seconds).
• Long-form YouTube content (5–15 mins, cutdowns + edits).
• Applying my style guide, templates, and branding consistently.

I am an entertainer / rapper / comedian who requires their performances to be edited in to reels and engaging video.
This is a long-term position — if you’re reliable, fast, and eager to learn, you’ll grow with me.

Requirements
• Strong editing skills in CapCut (Pro/PC/Mobile).
• Experienced Knowledge and skills in Audio Syncing and Multi Cam Footage Editing (This is crucial)
• Understanding and experience in Keyframing and engaging editing techniques to capture the best parts of the RAW Footage.
• Must be able to follow instructions on editing + reference provided materials to recreate the same quality and style.
• Captioning (I can help fix correct english captions)
• Must be able to generate engaging Thumbnails for Reels + Youtube Videos.
• Motivated, responsive, and open to feedback.
• A good eye for selecting and highlighting the most engaging or entertaining ---------- nts from the Raw Footage i provide

I also require :
- The Ability to Schedule Posts
- Strong background experience in editing reels or Youtube Content, experience with YouTube SEO
- Good English skills are preferred so we can communicate efficiently :)

Salary & Hours
• $150 AUD/month (fixed).
• Expected workload: ~8–12 hours/week.
• I expect around 3 x Reels minimum + 2 x Full Length Youtube Videos with Thumbnails to deliver + post per Week
• Continued batch editing of footage to store up multiple reels + videos to schedule posts.
• Flexible hours, as long as the output deadlines are met and we have edited footage ready to post ahead of schedule.
• Paid monthly via PayPal, Wise, or preferred method.

Editing Instructions :
• Sync the footage and Audio Files Together ( 1 + 2 + AUDIO ) and create a 9:16 multi cam clip.
. Make sure that ONLY the AUDIO file is heard throughout the clip, and that it is synced correctly to the footage.
. Make sure that the 16:9 footage angle is formatted to 9:16
. Use Keyframing, Quick Angle Cuts, Auto Enhance, 4K Filter and other methods to make the reel exciting and quality.
. You can reference the example edit that i made, that was made using some of the footage from before, this is the style i require, it uses keyframes, quick angle changes and other editing styles to make it exciting.
. What i am looking for, is your ability to work with different files, camera angles and sync them together to create something interesting as i will be providing different files that must be synced regularly.
