JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We're EBBA — a fast-scaling e-commerce hub, operating over 40 online stores across multiple geographies and niches. Every day, we test dozens of new products and build brands at lightning speed using cutting-edge automation, AI, and performance marketing.

We're currently looking for a top e-Commerce video editor that can partner with us on a daily basis to support us in launchin min 3 curatedly selected products/week.

THE PROJECT:
Each week you'll receive a list of min 3 products to which you'll need to create min 2 videos/product (expect 6-12 videos/week - 30-90 seconds each). We need someone that can use theirs skills and creativity to maximize ad performance.
Each video must include 3 different hooks, ideally as variations within the same video.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE FROM US:
- URL of the product page
- A list of competitors
- A full product research document (hooks, pains, personas, even academic insights)
- 3 scripts containing target type of video example per script and 3 hooks per script (you are free to slightly adjust the script)

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
We're not just looking for an editor — we're looking for a long-term partner. That means that we need commitment and videos that generate results:
- You gather and select Footage (either inspired on competitors, tiktok/youtube searches or created with AI)
- You give 110% to create high-performing content.
- You’re free to adapt or change the script if you have a better idea.
- You may use any AI/video tools to improve speed and output.
- You structure the video in the way you believe will work best.

HOW YOU WILL BE EVALUATED - SELECTION PROCESS:
We'll give to you and to our internal video editor 1 product to create the video ads. Then we'll launch all those ads in a >facebook compaign.

If your videos have the best performance of that campaign, we’ll immediately hire for the PROJECT described above.
