Embroidery Digitizer

We are a growing apparel/accessories/custom products business specializing in creating high-quality embroidered and printed designs. We’re looking for a skilled Embroidery Digitizer/Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring unique, eye-catching designs to life.

Responsibilities:
Convert artwork and logos into digitized embroidery files (DST, PES, EXP, etc.) with clean, professional stitch patterns.
Ensure designs are optimized for embroidery machines with correct density, underlay, and trims.
Create and edit graphic designs for apparel, hats, and promotional products.
Collaborate with the team to refine concepts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on design trends in embroidery and apparel customization.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an embroidery digitizer (portfolio required).
Strong knowledge of digitizing software (Wilcom, Hatch, Pulse, or similar).
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
Keen eye for detail, accuracy, and design aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with embroidery machines (understanding limitations and best practices).
Familiarity with apparel/merchandise design trends.
Basic knowledge of print file preparation.
