JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
I’m looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Personal Assistant to help manage online business tasks, social media, and communications.

This role is not for beginners — you should be comfortable working online, figuring things out on your own, and delivering without reminders.

You’ll be working during set, predictable hours, agreed in advance. I value speed, resourcefulness, and clear communication.


Responsibilities
Manage and post content on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Write short posts, promotions, and handle online communication.
Research products, suppliers, and opportunities online.
Contact people (suppliers, clients, partners) on my behalf.
Take ideas and turn them into action without being chased.
Keep detailed notes — nothing gets lost or forgotten.


Qualifications
Strong written English (must be confident writing posts & messages).
Social media savvy: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps Business, etc.
Fast learner, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Organized and detail-oriented — can manage multiple small tasks at once.
Reliable internet connection and responsive during agreed working hours.


Work Setup
Part-time (10–20 hrs/week).
Fixed schedule — we agree on exact hours, and you stick to them.
Remote, anywhere in the Philippines.
