URGENT Virtual Assistant Project Manager (Social Media)

Looking for a Personal Virtual Assistant who can support with both personal and business-related tasks. The role is a mix of content creation, research, light project management, and admin work. If you’re proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

1. Design graphics on Canva and create social media assets.

2. Edit videos on CapCut (short-form + long-form).

3. Research viral trends and content ideas within specific niches.

4. Write scripts for social media videos (with clear hooks and engaging flow).

5. Generate AI-powered videos using Veo 3, Heygen and runway.

6. Manage and reply to emails/messages promptly.

7. Research and test new AI tools.

8. Assist with light project management and task coordination.

9. Prepare slide decks and marketing materials.

10. Support email marketing efforts.

11. Handle ad hoc personal/admin tasks when needed.


Requirements

1. Strong graphic design and Canva skills.

2. Video editing proficiency (CapCut).

3. Experience with AI video generation tools (especially Veo 3), and willing to try all sorts of AI generation for creatives, learning quickly

4. Good copywriting and scripting ability.

5. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content trends.

6. Strong written and spoken English.

7. Highly organized and reliable.

8. Interest in AI tools/tech is a plus.
