We provide premium camping rentals and setups for explorers, families, and festival-goers who want unforgettable desert experiences—without the hassle. As we grow, we’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and friendly Booking Assistant to join our team.

The Role
As our Booking Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for all customers. Your role is to manage every step of the booking process—from the first inquiry through to the final confirmation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication across all channels while keeping everything perfectly organised behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Manage all incoming leads and inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, phone calls, and email (via our ---------- CRM).

Answer customer questions natively on each platform with professionalism, friendliness, and a problem-solving attitude.

Follow up consistently with leads to convert interest into confirmed bookings.

Share accurate information on availability, pricing, and setup options.

Upsell add-ons (e.g., camping extras, upgrades, or special packages).

Handle inbound calls (via call forwarding), process bookings, and maintain an organised booking calendar.

Track and manage stock levels and availability, ensuring no double-bookings or missed opportunities.

Send payment links, process transactions, and issue email confirmations.

Notify customers of their upcoming booking and provide clear pre-arrival instructions.

Liaise between customers and logistics staff to ensure smooth setups and on-time service.

Suggest improvements to optimise the booking process and enhance customer experience.

Excellent communicator: Polite, professional, and confident across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.

Customer-first mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping people and making their experience smooth and enjoyable.

Sales-savvy: Comfortable with upselling add-ons in a natural, helpful way.

Tech-comfortable: Able to quickly learn and use ---------- CRM, payment platforms, and booking tools.

Proactive: You don’t just wait for instructions—you find ways to improve processes.

Experience in bookings, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued.

Location & Hours

Remote-friendly role (Dubai-based is a plus for handling calls in UAE time zone).
