AI Video Specialist

We’re looking for a highly creative AI Video Specialist who loves experimenting with new AI tools, understands what goes viral, and thrives in the world of fast-paced short-form content.

Role Overview

As our AI Video Specialist, you’ll play a key role in producing viral, scroll-stopping videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll leverage AI tools to script, prompt, edit, and optimize videos that are funny, engaging, and designed to drive views, engagement, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

Script & Concept Development
Use AI tools (e.g., VEO 3, claude, Runway, Nanobanana) to generate and refine video scripts and ideas.
Brainstorm and develop fun, engaging video concepts that align with current trends.
Use tools like CapCut, to efficiently edit and enhance videos.
Add captions, animations, and effects that make videos pop.
Trend Research & Optimization
Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, understanding what works and why.
Optimize videos for maximum reach, retention, and virality.
Experimentation & Workflow Building
Test and implement new AI tools to streamline video production.
Help build efficient AI-powered content pipelines for the team.
What We’re Looking For

Passion for AI – You love experimenting with new tools and stay updated on the latest AI trends in content creation.
Fast Learner – You adapt quickly to new platforms and technologies.
Creative Storyteller – Strong writing and scripting skills with a knack for humor and relatability.
Social Media Native – Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including what goes viral and why.
Video Editing Skills – Proficiency in CapCut or similar tools, with a focus on AI-powered editing.
Analytical Mindset – Ability to analyze video performance and iterate for better results.
Nice-to-Haves

Experience with advanced AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, MidJourney, or Kaiber.
Background in marketing, storytelling, or creative production.
Knowledge of growth strategies for short-form content.
