JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We’re a rapidly DTC eCommerce brand scalingy on Meta. We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor who understands what works in performance marketing and can help us produce winning creatives.

Role Overview:
You’ll work closely with our copywriter (who provides scripts) to turn them into engaging short-form ads and VSLs. You’ll organize and source content (b-roll and stock footage), integrate testimonials, and use AI tools where needed (e.g., ElevenLabs). This role is execution-focused—your job is to bring the creative vision to life through editing.

Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form ads and VSLs for Meta campaigns.
- Organize & source new content (b-roll and stock footage)
- Work with AI tools like ElevenLabs for voiceovers
- Collaborate with our copywriter to ensure scripts translate seamlessly into video.
- Maintain a consistent, conversion-focused creative style tailored to DTC audiences.

Requirements:

- Proven experience editing ads for eCommerce DTC brands scaling on Meta (please do NOT apply otherwise).
- Proficient in video editing software of your choice
- Strong understanding of ad creative trends, pacing, and hooks.
- Ability to source and integrate b-roll/stock footage independently.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs).
- Strong portfolio showcasing past DTC ad creatives.
