Part-Time Appointment Setter (Instagram DM Specialist) - Commission Based

Are you a natural communicator who loves building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities?
We’re looking for an experienced appointment setter to join our growing online coaching business on a part-time basis (7–10 hours per week).

This is a commission-based role with huge growth potential - as our business scales, so will your opportunities and income.

What You’ll Do
* Reach out to new leads on Instagram - Start genuine conversations with prospects who engage with our content.
* Engage with our Instagram community - Build trust, keep the energy high, and create meaningful interactions.
* Follow up with warm leads - Nurture relationships, maintain conversations, and guide prospects toward booking calls with the coach.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or social media engagement.
* Strong communication and people skills (comfortable chatting in DMs with a friendly, natural tone).
* Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
* Familiarity with Instagram and online coaching/fitness industry is a plus.
