Operations Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to support our company in managing daily workflows, reporting, and account setups.

This role also involves working with AI tools and automation to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. You will handle a mix of structured admin responsibilities and technology-driven tasks, making this a great opportunity to build long-term skills in both operations and AI.

This is a full-time, long-term position with strong growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES


FACEBOOK ACCOUNTS AND PAGES

Create and set up new Facebook Ad Accounts

Create and set up new Facebook Pages

Warm up Facebook profiles daily by replicating natural user behavior


TELEGRAM ACCOUNTS

Create and maintain backup Telegram accounts

ACCOUNT AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT

Maintain an organized log of all accounts, passwords, 2FA, and recovery details

Ensure accounts remain secure and accessible

PROXY AND ADSPOWER SETUP

Purchase proxies as required

Label and track proxies properly

Add proxies into AdsPower browser

Run cookie robot for warmup

DAILY REPORTING

Log into Meta Ads Manager each morning

Record the previous day’s advertising spend in the company spreadsheet

Flag any discrepancies immediately

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Track tea ---------- mber performance daily

Report if all criteria and KPIs are being met

AI AND AUTOMATION

Use AI tools to generate content, reports, or process documentation when required

Assist in setting up basic automations (Make, Zapier, AdsPower automations, etc.)

Research and suggest new tools to improve efficiency

KEY SKILLS

Strong organizational and admin skills

Attention to detail with secure data handling

Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel

Ability to follow SOPs and document new processes

Familiarity with Ads Manager, AdsPower, or Telegram is a plus

Interest in AI tools and automation for business efficiency

Trustworthy, disciplined, and consistent

WORK HOURS

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Flexible schedule, but must complete daily reporting in the morning and provide end-of-day updates

COMPENSATION

Starting salary: 750 USD per month

Potential to earn up to 1500 USD per month with professional development and proven contributions

Paid weekly in crypto or monthly via Wise or Payoneer
