Sales Development Representative (SDR) with Strong Technical Skills

We’re an established UK-based growth partner agency working with B2B companies across the UK, US, and Europe. Our team builds high-performing outreach, automation, and sales systems – with a strong focus on AI-first workflows.
We’re now hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. This is not just another lead generation role - you’ll be working inside a fast-paced, AI-driven environment, helping us push the boundaries of outbound outreach using advanced tools and processes.
This is a full-time role, working UK hours (9am–5pm UK time), and we’re looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with us.
>> JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily outbound outreach using LinkedIn and
- Following up with prospects to book discovery calls (not cold selling)
- Making occasional follow-up calls to confirm bookings and warm lead intent
- Managing and updating CRM records (GoHighLevel and others)
- Monitoring inboxes and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects
- Executing structured outreach sequences and refining them based on performance
- Supporting the sales team by using AI tools to summarise transcripts, structure offers, or create outreach content
- General admin support including formatting documents, updating PDFs, handling video materials, etc.

>> SKILLS REQUIRED:
You must be proficient in the following
- LinkedIn outreach workflows (Sales Nav, Inbox management, engagement tracking)
- Cold
- CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred, HubSpot a plus)
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for writing, summarising, formatting, and data handling
- Automation tools for sales and marketing (training provided)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Time tracking (we use Time Doctor)
>> QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years in an SDR, lead generation, or sales support role
- Experience with LinkedIn and cold
- Strong attention to detail and consistency with follow-up
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new software quickly
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- Able to support other areas of the business through structured technical tasks
- Interested in AI, automation, and improving systems

- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- UK hours (9am–5pm UK time)
- Salary paid every 2 weeks, pro-rated via Time Doctor
