Shopify E-commerce Manager

Looking We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify expert who can operate our online store from A to Z — as if it were your own business. This is not just a Virtual Assistant role. You will be responsible for managing, growing, and making the store profitable through smart operations, effective marketing, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

You will be in charge of the entire store, including but not limited to:

Store Management

Upload and optimize products (descriptions, images, pricing)

Manage inventory and suppliers

Improve store design, navigation, and checkout experience

Marketing & Sales

Run paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/Google)

Create and manage email campaigns (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)

Handle SEO & content strategy for organic growth

Explore influencer collaborations and TikTok shop opportunities

Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries (email/chat)

Process returns, refunds, and complaints professionally

Ensure high customer satisfaction & reviews

Reporting & Profitability

Track KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)

Manage budgets for ads and expenses

Provide weekly performance reports

Work to maximize profitability

Requirements

Proven experience running Shopify stores (please provide portfolio/examples)

Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, themes, and integrations

Expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads (Google Ads/TikTok a big plus)

Skills in Canva/Photoshop for basic graphics a plus

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Results-driven mindset with focus on profitability
