Description
We are building a global online platform for kids and teens. This is not an impulse purchase, but a trust-based, high-value enrollment process.
We are NOT looking for an e-commerce media buyer.
This role is for someone who has scaled education, coaching, or other high-ticket programs using ads.
You will be part of a team of 5 people.
If your background is purely Shopify, dropshipping, or low-ticket e-commerce, this is not a fit.
Your Challenge:
• Develop and manage performance campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), YouTube, Google, TikTok, GHL.
• Act as an ads creative strategist: create messaging, angles, and hooks that resonate with parents who want more for their children.
• Architect funnels that work for high-consideration decisions: lead magnets ? webinars ? nurturing ? enrollment.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV across international markets .
• Continuously test creatives, copy, and offers to unlock scale.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has scaled education, coaching, or high-ticket service programs with measurable success.
• Can think beyond ads understands why parents buy and how to speak to that.
• Has strong analytical skills (CAC/LTV/ROAS) and creative instincts.
• Is comfortable testing across different geographies.
• Sees themselves not as a “button pusher” but as a growth partner.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with family/parent-focused brands.
• GHL management.
