What You'll Be Doing
• Creating scroll-stopping thumbnails – or at least the strategic concepts and color schemes
• Crafting compelling titles that go beyond basic AI suggestions
• Developing hooks for the first 15 seconds that keep viewers watching
• Monthly strategy sessions to plan content and maximize viewership
• Performance analysis – understanding WHY certain approaches work
• Staying ahead of trends – algorithm changes, new features, best practices

What I Need From You
• YouTube optimization expertise – you understand algorithm psychology inside and out
• Thumbnail strategy skills – you know what catches attention and why
• Analytical mindset – you can explain your strategies, not just execute them
• Reliability and organization – I need consistent, high-quality work
• Bonus: Graphic design skills or experience with health/educational content
