About the Role

Tizzy Essential Academy is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of both client-facing and behind-the-scenes operations, allowing our coaches and mentors to focus on strategy, mentorship, and content creation.

The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll manage scheduling, systems, and communication with a focus on excellence and efficiency.

About Tizzy Essential Academy

Tizzy Essential Academy is a mentorship and business coaching company for estheticians. We help beauty professionals build profitable businesses and achieve consistent $10K+ months through proven strategies, mentorship, and hands-on guidance. With a growing client base and expanding brand presence, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our operations, client communication, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities

* Calendar & Scheduling: Manage calendars, book mentorship calls, and coordinate group coaching sessions.
* Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and scheduling questions, ensuring all clients feel supported and valued.
* Systems & Organization: Maintain files, organize resources, and oversee updates to the mentorship Playbook, booking links, and client portals.
* Project Management: Track deliverables, deadlines, and client progress. Ensure tasks are completed on time and nothing falls through the cracks.
* Social Media Support (Light): Assist with scheduling posts, organizing content, and managing inquiries.
* Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel, events, flights, hotels, podcasts, or speaking engagements when necessary.
* Admin Support: Handle email management, document prep, invoices, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

* High levels of critical thinking skills, we are not moms or babysitters. (REQUIRED)
* 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in coaching, consulting, or online business (REQUIRED).
* Would like but not required - - Esthetician experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills when speaking to our American students
* Strong organizational and time management abilities. (Please do NOT forget your assigned tasks.)
* Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Skool, GoHighLevel, Podium, and ----------
* Confident, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
* Self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and anticipates needs.

Preferred (but not required)

* Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or coaching/consulting industry.
* Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, or similar).
* Basic knowledge of client onboarding systems or CRMs.
* Comfortability with sales to improve client retention and ascension

Position Details

* Role Type: Full-time (40+ hours/week)
* Location: Remote
* Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (based on experience)
