Bookkeeper. Financial Expert

Seeking experienced Filipino bookkeeper for ongoing financial management. Tasks include:
SETUP (One-time):
- Transfer existing categorized transactions from previous platform to QuickBooks Online
- Set up chart of accounts and financial structure
- Configure AI categorization settings
WEEKLY ONGOING:
- Review AI-categorized transactions (3-5 hours/week)
- Prepare weekly P&L reports delivered Thursday 11pm Philippine time
- Available for brief Friday morning review calls
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and data migration
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Long-term partnership desired
Rate: $4-6/hour depending on experience
Estimate: 10-15 hours for initial setup, then 5-8 hours weekly ongoing
