Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Product Sourcing & Supply Chain Specialist to manage all aspects of sourcing, supplier negotiation, packaging, and profitability analysis for our growing e-commerce brands.
This is not just a purchasing role — we need someone who can reverse-engineer competitor products, find their manufacturers, negotiate favorable terms, and deliver fully compliant products that are profitable from day one.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify manufacturers for both new product opportunities and competitor products.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability.
- Perform cost breakdowns to validate product margins before production.
- Manage packaging and labeling, including sourcing printers and ensuring Amazon compliance.
- Oversee sampling, testing, and quality control.
- Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships (domestic & overseas).
- Ensure supply chain runs smoothly from concept ? sourcing ? packaging ? Amazon FBA delivery.

Requirements:
3–5+ years in product sourcing/supply chain management for e-commerce or consumer goods.
- Direct experience sourcing from China and other major manufacturing hubs.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA packaging/label compliance.
- Ability to move fast and execute — turning opportunities into ready-to-sell products.

- Background in Amazon FBA private label.
- Ability to research competitor ASINs and track down their suppliers.
- Existing network of manufacturers and printers.
