Technical Equipment Sales Engineer – Remote (Philippines)

About the Opportunity
Best Technology, a small fast-growing, surface finishing equipment and chemical sales business, is seeking a Technical Equipment Sales Engineer based in the Philippines to join our remote-first team. You’ll work 100% remotely with our U.S.-based team during Central Time hours. This position is ideal for someone who values faith, collaboration, and closing deals.

The successful finishing equipment sales representative is detail oriented and effectively interfaces with customers in all stages of the sales cycle. This position serves a key role in: sales qualification, lead generation, quote generation, direct communication with customers and vendors, and project scheduling. The sales engineer uses technical skills to quickly and accurately assess customer needs.

NOTE: This job does not require regular travel, in person “traditional” selling or cold calling; rather, our sales process involves phone and email contact with leads generated from our website."

What You’ll Do
- Qualify equipment and system sales inquiries received via web, phone, and email
- Understand customer needs and recommend technical equipment solutions
- Prepare detailed equipment quotes using HubSpot CRM
- Coordinate vendors and suppliers for accurate specs
- Track and manage multiple sales projects
- Follow up on quotes and maintain strong communication
- Collaborate with U.S.-based team via video, phone, and email

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in technical equipment sales, quoting, or engineering support
- 2+ years supporting a U.S.-based company remotely
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Google Meet, HubSpot or other CRM
- Strong time management and proactive communication
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment layouts, and process requirements

Nice to Have
- Background in equipment engineering and design, or manufacturing process systems
- Experience with medical, aerospace, or semiconductor industries
- Experience coordinating with U.S. teams or supply chains
- Engineering degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience
