Sales Representatives

Position Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and approaches.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
