Help with nonprofit lead gen

I own a web agency focused on nonprofits and am seeking help with lead gen. There are some job boards we need someone to check daily / a few times each week and then send us links for any relevant jobs. Ideally, the person for this role would be able to help us identify new areas to investigate for lead gen as well. The nonprofit sector is somewhat different from the for-profit world, and we're not sure how we could approach lead gen in a more constructive way.
