Key Responsibilities

1. Workflow & Automation Build

* Design, implement, and maintain workflows, pipelines, triggers, and integrations.
* Create mini-flows to move people into the correct stage without triggering the wrong messages.
* Connect tools (e.g., CRM ? spreadsheets ? automation platforms) to remove manual steps.

2. Copywriting for Message Flows

* Write concise, user-friendly copy for emails/SMS/in-app messages across the lifecycle (nurture, chasers, re-engagement, confirmations, etc.).
* Produce A/B variants, adapt tone for different audiences, and ensure compliance (opt-out lines, sender IDs, timing).

3. Responsive Troubleshooting

* Act as the go-to person for automation issues that need quick fixes.
* Monitor error queues and tags/fields, diagnose problems, and implement hotfixes with clear documentation.

4. Segmentation, Targeting & Ops

* Set up segments, tags, and custom fields to ensure the right people get the right messages.
* Coordinate handoffs between teams and systems; ensure accurate attribution/UTMs where relevant.

5. QA, Testing & Reporting

* Run end-to-end tests before launch; keep a simple QA checklist.
* Track key results and share clear updates; iterate based on data.

6. Documentation & Enablement

* Document flows (brief diagrams, notes, and Looms).
* Provide quick “how-to” tips so teammates can self-serve simple tasks.

Requirements

* Technical Skills: Comfortable with logic, conditions, and field/tag management; basic webhook/API knowledge is a plus.
* Tools: HighLevel (required). Familiarity with Zapier/Make, Google Sheets/Excel, and analytics dashboards is a plus.

* Work Hours: 3–4 hours flexible per day, ideally 10 AM–2 PM GMT (Philippines Time: 6 PM–10 PM).
* Tech Requirements: Stable internet, laptop/computer, quiet workspace.
