About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our data is accurate, complete, and actionable for decision-making and reporting.

This role requires someone who is confident working with large datasets, cleaning and structuring raw data, and producing clear insights. You will collaborate with project managers, operations, and technical specialists to make sure data-driven tasks are completed quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Cleaning & Quality Control

* Review, validate, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Fill in missing data points where possible and maintain high-quality data standards.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

* Perform regular analysis to produce meaningful reports and insights.
* Prepare and update key metrics dashboards and spreadsheets for stakeholders.
* Identify data gaps and trends that require attention.

3. Process Support

* Work with operations and technical teams to streamline data processes.
* Support requests for quick turnaround reports or dataset extractions.
* Assist in segmenting and categorising data for targeted tasks or outreach.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

* Maintain clear records of data sources, methods, and outputs.
* Document any issues or anomalies in the data and propose solutions.

Requirements

* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
* Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is essential. Familiarity with databases, reporting tools, or data visualisation software is a plus.
* Communication: Excellent written and spoken UK English skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings clearly.
* Work Hours: 3–4 hours flexible per day, ideally between 10 AM – 2 PM GMT (Philippines Time: 6 PM – 10 PM).
* Tech Requirements: Stable internet connection, laptop/computer, and a quiet workspace.
