About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Lead Generation & Automation VA to join our team at RNR Business Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has strong communication skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying potential clients, supporting marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, and assisting with automation solutions for both RNR and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead Generation & Client Engagement
-Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, industry forums, and social networks.
-Manage outreach campaigns to connect with prospects, influencers, and potential partners.
-Coordinate with the CEO to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
-Support PR and brand-building initiatives to increase visibility.


Creative Content & Social Media Management
-Design and create compelling social media posts, blog content, and digital creatives.
-Manage company presence on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
-Oversee and update website, ---------- , interact,socials, and other online profiles.
-Develop sample creatives aligned with RNR’s branding and messaging.


Automation & AI Integration
-Assist RNR and its clients with setting up automation workflows to streamline operations.
-Utilize AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and marketing performance.
-Apply knowledge of platforms like Heygen and other AI-powered solutions for business growth.


Qualifications & Skills
-Proven experience in lead generation, virtual assistance, or digital marketing.
-Strong understanding of social media management (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
-Graphic design and creative content development skills.
-Familiarity with Heygen and AI-driven automation tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.


Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: 2 days per week, 5 hours per day (remote schedule). - tentative
Hourly Rate: $7.00/hour.
Commission Bonus: For every new client you help bring in, once they pay their initial invoice (after 30 days), you will receive a one-time $75 commission per account that signs up for RNR service line.


What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential clients, influencers, and PR opportunities.
Reach out to prospects and arrange meetings for the CEO.
Search for and schedule networking events for CEO using sites like Eventnoire, Eventbrite, etc.
Create engaging social media content (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and manage posting schedules.
Write newsletter/blogs and manage socials and platforms to push out to current clients and prospects..
Use tools like Heygen to create ai content.
Help RNR clients with AI automation setups & integrations to streamline business workflows.

What We’re Looking For
Experience with lead generation & outreach.
Strong social media management and content creation skills.
Creative eye for design and branding.
Familiarity with Heygen and automation tools (Zapier, AI integrations, etc.).
Great communication, organization, and time management.
