Project Manager / Backend Systems Manager (Full-Time, Remote)
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and strategic Project Manager / Backend Systems Manager to join our team at Socialvert.

Responsibilities:
Project Management & Team Organization
- Manage and oversee day-to-day projects to ensure tasks are completed on time and at a high standard.
- Keep the team aligned, accountable, and organized within
- Maintain clean workflows, streamlined processes, and structured systems to prevent any project delays or oversights.
- Monitor deliverables and deadlines to ensure nothing “slips through the cracks.”
Systems & Automation
- Manage backend systems, integrations, and automations using tools like Zapier, GoHighLevel (GHL),
- Build efficient workflows and ensure our systems are as automated as possible for maximum productivity.
- Troubleshoot and optimize CRM workflows, integrations, and backend operations.
Collaboration & Execution
- Be hands-on with certain projects when needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement new processes and creative solutions.
- Ensure communication across the team remains clear, professional, and respectful.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management and System/Workflow Automation.
- Strong understanding of Zapier, GHL,
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with time management.
- A strategic thinker who can anticipate issues and solve problems creatively.
- Emotionally intelligent, respectful, and team-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
- Fast learner with a “hunter mentality” — resourceful, proactive, and always looking for solutions.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with regular updates and check-ins.
