Property Manager Location:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Compensation: Starting at $6.25 USD/hour (with clear growth milestones)

What You’ll Do
As a Property Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and the leader of your pod. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relations
Onboard new clients ,set clear expectations, and manage the process
Keep detailed records of client communications
Proactively respond to client questions and issues within SLA timelines
Provide transparent portfolio updates on wins and challenges
Documentation & Reporting
Review, organize, and verify property document.
Manage maintenance approvals and keep clients updated on progress
Send reports on showings, move-ins/outs, and escalated issues
Review Owner Statements for accuracy
Analyze showing reports and recommend market adjustments to reduce vacancy
Drive occupancy, aiming for Days on Market < 45
Oversee unit turnovers and minimize vacancy
Complete Failure to Pay Rent filings when required
Regulatory & Compliance
Keep properties compliant with state/local laws
Maintain rental registrations and lead certifications
Ensure Fair Housing compliance in all interactions
Financial Oversight
Recommend rental rates based on market data
Review Owner Statements for clarity and accuracy
Audit monthly payables and improve collections
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and spoken English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Coachable, growth-minded, and proactive
Comfortable using technology and managing multiple systems
Experience in property management or real estate is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
Compensation & Benefits
Career Path & Pay Progression
Probation (3 months): $700–$800/month (~$4.25–$6.25/hr)
Regular Tea
Year 2+: $950–$1,000/month + annual raises/performance bonuses
