WordPress Plugins

I need two WordPress Plugins written. The first is a proportional Scale Program for Photographs and the second is a Price Calculation Program. Both programs have already been written by someone else and are copyrited for their company. I need a similar program. I had a program written years ago, but not for Wordpress. Check this website for the programs I need to have created:
