Python Developer & API Integrator

We are a fast-growing company in the real estate and construction technology space. Our mission is to bring smart automation and efficiency to property services using technology and data. We’re looking for a talented Python Developer with API integration skills to join our team and help us build automation tools and data pipelines.

The Role
You will work on backend projects that involve pulling data from third-party APIs, automating PDF reports, and scraping property databases. This role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to turn business requirements into working solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build automations that pull data from external APIs and process it into reports.

Create PDF reports that summarize cost comparisons and savings.

Develop data scraping tools for property and construction data.

Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations.

Communicate progress clearly and deliver on deadlines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python (experience with libraries for APIs, data handling, and PDF generation).

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.

Experience with web scraping (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or similar).

Ability to write clean, well-documented code.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

Experience working with real estate or construction-related data.

Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Previous experience with automation/reporting projects.
